Day Six: Sushi Sunday

Here I am, already breaking the rules, but string Sunday will have to wait. I'm out eating sushi with my husband and bestie and having a good time. Would be better if I could eat more, but alas, after having been sick, my stomach is still weak.

Since I am talking about sushi, I will intro into my love of Asian culture, primarily japan but not exclusively. I have been in love with it since I was probably 3. I had an aunt who always got Chinese takeout and looked kind of Asian because we are Hispanic and so I thought she must be Chinese. So... I wanted to be Chinese too. But that isn't something you can get for Christmas, although I tried...

That live spread to other countries, and I eventually found a passion among manga and anime. I will surely talk about this later. Japan became my favorite of the Asian countries because I knew more about them and because is the show I watched. However, I love Korea as well. I know many Koreans and love them dearly.

But now I should eat more sushi and not ignore my companions. This is only an introduction after all. One day, I will be able to jump in and you will know mewell enough   to know what I'm talking about. Anyway, here is a picture to be jealous. Of the food!!! Not my bestie!!!
